We launched Mavis Hub in 2020 to make downloading games easier when Ronin was a closed chain. Today, Ronin is open and Mavis Hub can only capture a fraction of the games and apps in our ecosystem. As a result, we’ve decided to sunset Mavis Hub. Here’s what’s happening:
Sunsetting Mavis Hub
Mavis Hub launched on May 14th, 2020. It started as a place to download Axie Infinity games, and grew into the home of all Ronin games from Sky Mavis partners like Wild Forest to community-built ecosystems like Axie Quest. However, there are now too many games to count on Ronin, and new builders can add to the list any time. As a result, Mavis Hub is no longer the best place to discover Ronin games.
That’s why we are transitioning towards the Ronin Discovery Page and Blog. This is where new recruits and veteran RONers will find recent news, links to download games and apps, and even gameplay guides chock full of pro-tips.
What this means for Axie and Ronin games
Axie Infinity games will now be available for download at App.axie. This will make it easier for new players to onboard into Lunacia. Find Origins, Classic, Homeland, the Codex, the Axie Marketplace, the Lunalog, and more — all in one place.
Ronin builders will now be 100% responsible for making their games accessible and downloadable. In the past, Mavis Hub made it possible for players of certain games to update files in the client. That will no longer be possible after November 10th.
