Rocket Pool is LIVE on Ronin! The leading decentralized liquid staking protocol on Ethereum has joined our movement. This alliance introduces ETH staking yield to THE chain forged for gaming, and marks a monumental milestone in our DeFi journey. Here’s what’s happening: 

What is Rocket Pool?

Rocket Pool is the oldest and most trusted decentralized staking protocol on Ethereum. Think of it like an Ethereum version of RON staking. Over 3,900 non-custodial node operators use Rocket Pool to help secure Ethereum with 665,728 ETH staked, representing 2% of all staked ETH in the world. 

In exchange for securing the network, everyone staking ETH through Rocket Pool gets rETH, a liquid staking token that increases in value according to ETH staking yield. rETH and its rewards are now available on Ronin.

How you can earn rewards with Rocket Pool rETH

Hold rETH → Earn staking yield

Level: Easy

The market price of rETH takes into account the price of Ethereum and ETH staking yield. That’s why the price of rETH is higher than the price of regular ETH – it increases as staking rewards accumulate. That means anyone who holds rETH has exposure to the price of Ethereum and its staking rewards.

Earn Ronin Blitz rewards as a rETH <> wETH liquidity provider

Level: Medium

A new rETH <> wETH liquidity pool is LIVE on Katana v3. Earn extra RON and rETH rewards by providing liquidity for these tokens. The Rocket Pool community is fueling this pool with extra rewards on top of the Ronin Blitz boosted rewards. Stay tuned for more details on when these rewards will be available.

Use rETH with other DeFi strategies to boost your yield
